Assist the fundraising team - this team looks after Marketing, Communications, Media and PR alongside Fundraising so there are many ways you can assist! These might include...
Undertake a stocktake of existing collateral & maintain a file (stock list) of collateral.
Appeals Assistant - Support the team during our Appeal campaigns both mid year and December. This could include assisting in the supervision of volunteers in at least 2 locations in Christchurch over a period of a few days.
Database - Update database with new contact details. Data input
Filing - General filing duties, filing of historical information captured over the last 85 years, provide administration support.
General duties - Mail Outs, thank you cards, letters & other, folding letters, filling envelopes & occasional drop off to local residents.
Website Management - Update website with events & information when required. This would need to be someone with the approperiate skills.
Events & Planning - Assist with event planning & co-ordination.
Hands on Helper - Collection & delivery of donated items, general assistance, Helping out or running BBQ's & other such social activities.
Trade Me and RSVP Management - Assist Fundraising Team to Co-ordinate Trademe sales and Assist with telephone follow up calls for events.
